- You need 1 cup of Sugar.
- You Require 3 of Eggs.
- You Require 2/3 can of Pumpkin.
- You Require 3/4 cup of Flour.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cinnamon.
- You Require 1 tsp of Ginger.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg.
- You Require 1/2 tsp of Salt.

- Prepare 2 box of Cream cheese.
- You Require 4 tbsp of Butter.
- Prepare 1 cup of Powdered sugar.
Step to Make Thanksgiving Pumpkin Roll

- Beat eggs on high 5 minutes /fluffy.
- In separate bowl blend sugar and pumpkin and add to eggs..
